Rising hip hop star, Takura has said his upcoming #stripped nationwide tour will afford him a chance to meet up with his fans and show some appreciation for their support.
The first show of the tour is scheduled for Gweru on 23 September before he takes the act to Bulawayo at Horizon Night Club the next day then Mutare on 30 September.
Speaking at his #stripped tour launch in Harare Takura said he was ready for the tour which will also take him to Cyprus on October 7.
“The tour affords me a chance to show appreciation to fans across Zimbabwe who have supported me and I am quite ready for it.
“Having performed in Gweru and seen the love I cannot wait to tour the whole country,” said Takura.
The video to his hit track Zino Irema is making waves on iLite TV’s African Top Ten playlist, a Cyprus TV channel.
Takura’s music is also being play listed on The Bomb Radio show in Croydon, London by DJ Talent who has in the past hosted major African artistes like Olamide, Adekunle Gold, Patoranking among others.

EP Stripped has garnered three number one singles on the iTunes Chart (Zino Irema, MaObama and Mungandidii?).
Notable faces at the launch were songstress Cindy Munyavi and Zim Hip Hop Awards Director Beefy Harrison.
